Welcome to the Living History Map, depicting Macon’s oldest historic district.  We hope you will come visit soon!  Until you are able to stop by in person, use the Living History map to see our historic residences and explore the other amenities that our neighbors enjoy – several large parks with fine old trees, waterfalls and tennis courts, historic places of worship, three award-winning public and private schools, and a fine university as well as a regional library, a historic inn, house museums, coffee houses, restaurants and neighborhood shops – all within walking distance.  You will hear our neighbors talk about why they enjoy living in Macon’s InTown residential area.  Please let us know if you would like to join us .  We would be delighted to meet with you and show you more of what we enjoy in Macon, Georgia.
